Proposals for conference presentations

Submission of proposals

To submit a proposal, for the new special call only, authors must first create an Author's account.
Note: If you have already submitted a proposal to this PCST conference or the last PCST conference, you will already have an authors' account.

Once the account has been created, authors can sign in to submit proposals presentations.

Please note we are only accepting new proposals related to the special call on COVID-19 and science communication. If you submit a new proposal on a different topic, it will be ignored.

When you submit a proposal, you will be asked to nominate the format of your presentation. Please note that each conference delegate is normally restricted to speaking twice throughout the conference, regardless of the format.

The deadline for submissions is 11:59pm Monday, 12 October 2020 (GMT) and all submitted proposals will be reviewed from 19 October – 26 November 2020.

The review is a two-step process whereby initial reviews are conducted by the Scientific Committee, then selections are made by the Program Committee.

Authors will be notified of the status of their proposal(s) by email on 18 December 2020.
